Help Preserve Kansas Ultrarunning History

The history of ultrarunning in Kansas spans decades of remarkable athletes, enduring events, dedicated race directors, and a community whose accomplishments deserve to be remembered. The Kansas Ultrarunning Historical Foundation was established to ensure that history is not lost. Building this historical resource has required extensive research, the collection and verification of thousands of records, the recovery of historical materials, and the development of a comprehensive digital archive accessible to the public.

Much of that work has been made possible through donated time, specialized expertise, and a substantial commitment of personal resources. But preserving history is not a one-time undertaking. The Foundation must maintain its digital infrastructure, protect and expand its historical records, research new discoveries, and ensure that future generations can continue to access this information. Your contribution helps sustain that mission. As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation relies on charitable support to maintain and expand this historical resource.
